Bill Burns, President & Owner
President and Owner of Burns Management, Bill is a Certified Community Association Manager with more than 45 years of experience in property management, residential construction, renovations, and real estate. His industry knowledge, leadership, and commitment to quality service have been the foundation of the company’s long-standing success.
John Wachter, Association Manager
John is a Certified Community Association Manager with an extensive background in large-scale construction project management and a degree in engineering. He has played an integral role at Burns Management for more than 20 years, bringing valuable technical expertise and leadership to the team.
Justin Oliver, Construction Manager / Contractor
Justin serves as Construction Manager and Head Carpenter, with extensive experience across all aspects of the construction field. He combines strong leadership and project management skills with expert craftsmanship, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. His attention to detail and dedication make him a highly valued member of the Burns Management team.
Anthony Cullen & Tucker Jones, Carpenters
Anthony and Tucker are skilled carpenters with hands-on experience in residential and condominium construction projects. Both are dedicated to delivering dependable, high-quality craftsmanship. Anthony has been a trusted member of the Burns team for over 15 years, while Tucker brings fresh energy as one of the newest additions to the company.
John McCray, Maintenance Personnel
John is responsible for handling the daily maintenance needs of the Associations served by Burns Management. Known for his professionalism and reliability, he has been a respected member of the company for several years.
Tommy Moore, Maintenance Supervisor
Tommy is an experienced maintenance supervisor with a strong background in facility operations, preventative maintenance, and repair management. He oversees the scheduling and monitoring of maintenance services for the Associations and works closely with contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
Denise Oliver, Office Manager & Bookkeeper
With extensive experience in customer relations and office administration, Denise manages the company’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. A valued member of the team for 17 years, she is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of New Jersey.
Barbara Chambers, Executive Assistant & Secretary
Barbara supports daily operations at Ocean Reef Condominiums while also managing incoming communications and assisting with maintenance scheduling and bookkeeping tasks. Over the past three years, she has become an essential part of the company’s continued success through her organization and dedication.
Jenna Moore, Office Assistant
Jenna is the welcoming face of the main office, handling front desk operations, greeting visitors, managing phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments with professionalism and efficiency. Her friendly, detail-oriented approach has made her an important member of the team over the past three years.
Barbara Marcellino, Office Manager & Bookkeeper – Ocean Colony
Barbara oversees the daily operations of the management office at Ocean Colony. In addition to managing office functions, she is responsible for bookkeeping and staff payroll, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
